What do we do?

We develop a multi-agency team around the young person and their family.

We work alongside other community supports to begin to rebuild supportive relationships, ensure that the young person’s needs are being met within their community, empower them to take more responsibility for their choices and create positive opportunities going forward.

How do we work?

We use a Restorative Practice approach. The focus is to build, maintain and repair relationships. Central to this approach is to support and work with the young person rather than doing things for them. Therapeutic intervention with the young person and family also values collaboration and relationship-building.
